It starts from the moment they are hired and continues through their entire career with us.

We suggest having two or three regularly so you are always assured of knowledgeable, personalized service regardless of emergencies, vacations, illnesses or unexpected travel plans.

Stylists and Colorists have a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged a fee determined by your stylist based on your service. This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists, colorists and clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone from being able to schedule into that time slot.
